It also promotes the use of methods and practices which yield healthy and robust crops. Organic farming supports the health of the environment and the health of the person who will consume the products. Some herbs are sourced from wild forests; those herbs are called wild-crafted organic.

Organic certification is a certification process for producers of organic food and other organic agricultural products.
How to order from the website?
First of all, you need to sign up with us for placing an order.
– Online: The fastest, most reliable way to place an order with us is online. Our online store is open 24hrs/day and provides accurate availability, pricing, and shipping options as well as the ability to finalize and pay for the fastest order processing times.
*Phone: If you are not able to place an order through our website for any reason, feel free to call us. Please have a prepared list of the Name, Size, and Quantity of product you want to order. You must also have your contact, delivery address, and GST info, and credit/debit card details ready for processing via phone. (Advance payment should be done for placing an order)
*Email: You may also provide us an order via email. Please list each item/size/quantity clearly. You must provide your payment method, Delivery address, and other required information via email or phone within 24hrs of order placement. (Advance payment should be done for placing the order)

What is the delivery time once order?
Delivery period will be of 5-6 business days again it is subjected to your location, orders volume, etc.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing an order (you have to inform us by mail/call to change it) or before the goods shipped from our warehouse.
Is PIN Code/ZIP Code in delivery address important?
Yes, it is very important for delivering to the right address.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are actual for order value less than 50AUD. Above 50 AUD the delivery is free!
Can I pay using Cash on Delivery?
– No, we are not collecting cash. We only do paperless money transactions.

What happens if my order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will check on our end and contact you back.
We understand that sometimes an order needs to be cancelled due to a mistake or change of mind.
- If the cancellation occurs before we have packed the order, a full refund or credit can be provided.
- If the order has already been packed, a restocking fee of 15% of the total order applies.
- If we cancel your order as we are low or out of stock, a full refund or credit for the price of the product will be provided.

What is the ideal production and dispatch timelines?
Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process, although often we dispatch within 2 business days. Delays sometimes occur because of unavoidable circumstances. If we anticipate delays we will inform you in advance.
How do I change/update my order?
You can contact us by email or call on the given number. Also, you can create a new order and request us to update the quantity. In case the quantity is reduced you should inform us immediately of the given mode of communication (email/call) before packaging to avoid the charges.
