SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We normally deliver orders in between 5 to 7 working days. If your order is highly customises, shipping might take up to 10 days. However, estimated delivery time depends on

  1. Product’s availability
  2. Quantity of Order
  3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to
  4. Shipping charges and time vary based on the order size and location of delivery. However, the same will be displayed at the time of placing order.

On the confirmation of order placed, an email and sms will be sent on your registered email id and mobile number giving shipment details.

Root2leaforganic.com.au is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within 2 working days from order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Root2leaforganic.com.au is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Tax Regulations.

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days in Australia or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier company norms. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. You can track your order on our website www.root2leaforganic.com.au courier company website by providing tracking number given in your shipment confirmation email.

Refund Policy

We hope that you love Root2Leaf organics products as much as we do but if you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out to info.australia@root2leaforganic.com and our Customer Service experts will be happy to assist you in the best way possible.

Cancellations:

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.

In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption

Returns & Replacements:

All orders placed on our website are eligible for return if the product is unused and unopened. The return request has to be initiated within maximum 7 days of delivery and the reason for return should be explicitly stated in the email (We’d love to know what went wrong)

  • If the product is received in damaged form, you must write to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement request. Please attach a picture of the delivered order for our internal quality check
  • If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your return request. To be eligible for return, the items must be unused and unopened
  • If any item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get the remaining items shipped
  • We ensure that you receive the freshest Teas but if in case you feel that it tastes bad or stale please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 7 days of the order delivery and we shall send a replacement. Please do let us know what you didn’t like exactly and we’ll sort it out for you.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proofs. Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request has been approved.

  • If your refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 7 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us
  • All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only
  • Root2Leaf Organic is not liable to process any refund if the request is initiated after 7 days of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs
